A 45-min fitness class to get your body moving and start your morning off right. Rebel Fusion combines yoga-inspired flows, cardio, balance sequences, core exercises and weighted strength training. Offering modifications to meet all fitness levels.

Yoga Restorative
Saturdays 11:30-12:30pm at Sneha Yoga & Wellness
A 60-min restorative practice, interweaving slow movement, breath, and meditation to reset the nervous system. This class offers a supportive space for students to have the chance to enjoy the softer side of life. Welcome to all levels of practitioners.
