Mindful Flow Yoga (60 min)

In this 60 min flowing vinyasa class expect to find creative exploration of movement that balances moments of strength with gentle supportive rest. Throughout you will also find incorporation of breathing techniques (pranayama) and mindfulness to provide a well-rounded practice of both body and mind. In addition, props and modifications are not only welcome but always encouraged. This class is intended to provide a supportive space and practice for all.
