In this 90-minute workshop, we will focus on intentional breathwork, otherwise known as pranayama, for stress reduction, relaxation, and mindfulness. Each breathing technique will be broken down to explain the proper technique, benefits, and contraindications. Aspects of meditation will be weaved throughout practice, and we will complete our time together with grounding restorative shapes, with optional touch available.
