This special 90-minute session begins with a mindful exploration of the breath, followed by a gentle, slow-flow movement sequence. The second half transitions into deeply restorative postures, enhanced by soothing sound to promote deep relaxation.
Throughout the practice, supportive props will be thoughtfully incorporated to encourage ease and release across the entire body.
